Mission Reconnect

Mission Reconnect is a self-directed, home-based intervention to be used by military veterans and their loved ones to promote well-being and relationship resilience. The program consists of guided mind/body stress reduction and relaxation practices; contemplative practices to engender support, appreciation, empathy and understanding for oneself and others; exercises that help with challenging issues such as insomnia; and video instruction in use of simple massage techniques with a partner for connection and reduction of stress and pain.
